iqq7 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Filipino Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the iqq7 website, mobile site, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms. This agreement applies to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who interacts with any feature of the iqq7 platform.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one iqq7 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If iqq7 detects multiple accounts registered to the same person — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — all duplicate accounts may be closed and any balances consolidated or forfeited, at iqq7's discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your iqq7 login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

iqq7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels, subject to availability at the time of the transaction:

• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers

iqq7 does not accept deposits made using funds that do not belong to you. Using another person's payment method is prohibited and may constitute fraud under applicable Philippine law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

iqq7 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Players must read those specific terms before claiming any promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all iqq7 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise include:

• Bonuses are only available to one account per person, household, device, or IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the iqq7 platform — including slots, live dealer tables, Sabong, Roulette, Bingo, and sports betting markets — are operated subject to the individual rules of each game or game provider. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the iqq7 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or any communication with iqq7.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the iqq7 platform in a manner not intended for genuine player use.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining — including pending bonus amounts or winnings generated from prohibited activity — may be forfeited. If the closure is initiated by iqq7 in the absence of any breach by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned through the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their iqq7 account may do so by contacting support. Requests will be processed promptly. Any real-money balance will be withdrawn to the verified payment method on record before the account is closed.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the iqq7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, interface design, text, images, audio, and software — is the intellectual property of iqq7 or its licensed suppliers. 11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits iqq7's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

13 Governing Law
